What we stand for:
The Killingworth Democratic Party is working for government that is open, honest, capable, accountable and responsive to all our citizens. Our goal is to provide strong, competent, fiscally responsible leadership to preserve Killingworth’s rural character while accommodating inevitable growth in carefully planned increments.

Who we are:
The KDTC is a group of concerned citizens who believe we have the best interests of the town at heart. We acknowledge that growth will happen, but we believe that it can and must be managed to preserve the unique character of Killingworth.

Our position:
We are progressive in the traditional, liberal sense of the word, working to advance the agenda and efforts of the state and national Democratic Party. We believe in good government as a positive force responsive to the needs of the people. While we are a diverse group of residents with passionate points of view and different -- sometimes conflicting -- opinions, we act together for the overall good of the community.
